Your Custom Program Starts Immediately

We set you up with a wearable that monitors your data around the clock. Based on your assessment, we build two programs: a set of targeted neurological drills that take 10 to 20 minutes per day, and a strength and conditioning program built around your specific goals. You always have a coach available through the app, and every time you train at our facility, a coach is on the floor with you.
